Hoodrat

Hoodrat is a Pons Family token queued for the Ponspedia machine, and the only one whose name was chosen by the people it describes. In Family usage a hoodrat is a wallet that turns up for every round, claims immediately, and is never seen buying anything.
The term began as an accusation. It was reclaimed within a season, which the Family regards as the fastest such reversal on the Chain.
Reclamation
The accusation was that a wallet which only ever extracts is a parasite on a pool it never funds. The answer, which circulated widely enough to end the argument, was that a machine which cannot survive people using it exactly as designed is not a machine anyone should trust.
The token was issued shortly afterwards by one of the wallets in question.
In the machine
Hoodrat is committed to the hopper and shows as lined up. Its loading order relative to $PONS and $TENDIES was published at the same time as the commitment and has not changed since.
